NHL court filings with the U.S Bankruptcg Court handling the Coyotes Chapter 11 bankruptcty protection include a list of possiblre owners that would keep the team in They include: Howard Sokolowski and Davidc Cynamon, owners of the Canadian Footballp League's Toronto Argonauts; Chicago Whiter Sox owner Jerry Reinsdorf; Coyotes minority owner John and an unnamed Phoenix-area business executive as possiblde bidders. Research in Motion CEO Jim Balsillie already hasa $213 millioh offer on the table for the Coyotes and wouls move the team to Ontario. The Coyotes have lost $316 million since moving to the Phoenix markeftfrom Winnipeg, Canada, in 1996.
Balsillie's offef is expected to be substantially greateer than any offer to keep the teamin Glendale.
